*A place to share ideas and ask for help!
*Part of the commissioners' service to provide continuing education and supplemental training for leaders and interested adults
*Your first source for the most up-to-date information on events, training opportunities, policy, ect
Who Should Attend Roundtable?
*Roundtables are designed for ALL interested adults involved with Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Venture, or Explorers. In other words EVERYONE!!
When and Where Is Roundtable?
*Date: Roundtable meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month
*Time: Meetings start at 7pm and usually concludes by 9:00
*Location: Jacksonville United Methodist Church
Roundtable Staff and Helpers!
*The Roundtable Staff is a group of enthusiastic, experienced adult volunteers who want to help the program grow by providing informational training

February Meeting:
FOS Presentations-If you have not scheduled your unit's FOS please contact Debbie Lovejoy with the dates that you would like your FOS presentations completed.
Moosehorn-the committee is working hard on making sure that this will be a wonderful event
Annual Dinner/Meeting-Friday, April 13-The date has been changed due to a conflict for Tim. We are hoping that having it on a Friday that we will have more spouses attend. Please try to get Charter Reps to attend the dinner.
Winter Fun Day-Was a huge sucess. Donna thanked everyone for all of their help and handed out patches for cubbies that attended and gave certificates to Troops that volunteered at the event
Camp Cards-Please make sure you have ordered your units camp cards. They will be distributed at the March Roundtable.
Cubbies:
We discuessed the upcoming core value. District Pinewood Derby registration are due by March 9th
Blue & Gold/FOS-Please make sure you are getting these scheduled. Debbie Lovejoy or Tim Archer will be doing FOS presentations.

What is district meeting?
The district meeting is a meeting for district committee members chaired by the district chairman that meets on a regularly scheduled date, usually monthly. The purpose of district meetings is to build momentum, provide group continuity, ensure good coordination, and to make specific assignments to committee members. The district commissioner reports on the special needs of units and requests the help of operating committees to meet those needs.
When and Where Is Disctrict Meeting?
We went over upcoming events and talked a little bit about Moosehorn. The Annual District Dinner/Meeting will be at Blue Bird this year. Friday, April 13th It will cost $14 per person. It will be a buffet dinner and we will still have the cake auction afterwards to raise money for Washington District Camperships.
